Research Assistant to Dr. Nickels

Bethany Fralish is a Masters student in the secondary mathematics education program at UCF and certified elementary teacher. She has served as Dr. Nickel’s research assistant since 2015 and is published as the lead author in the Journal of Developmental and Physical Disabilities for research on students using immersive virtual reality. Bethany is the recipient of UCF’s Founders award and presents locally and nationally on mathematics education practices.
