Faith Ezekiel-Wilder is a post doctoral scholar with the University of Central Florida (UCF) and the Division for Early Childhood (DEC). She graduated with her Ph.D. from UCF, in Exceptional Education in August 2018. Faith received her B.S. in Special Education from College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina and her teaching certificate in Special Education K-12 for students with intellectual disabilities. She received her M.Ed. from Columbia College in Columbia, South Carolina. For six years Faith taught in three different early childhood classroom settings for students with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities. Her experiences at UCF have brought her into the realm of early childhood special education for young children ages birth to 8 years old. Her research interests include exploring how movement is integrated into early childhood classrooms and the connection between cognitive development.
