Norman Jeune III is the Director of Patient and Family Centered Care at Nemours Children’s Hospital. Norman holds a Master’s Degree in Theology from Talbot School of Theology, Biola University. He is also experienced as a hospital chaplain by clinical training, completing a chaplain residency at University of California, San Francisco, along with a certificate in palliative care chaplaincy at California State University, San Marcos. Norman has also published with Harper Collins/Zondervan in the area of historical theology. In his current role Norman is responsible for the administration of the teams that support our patients and their families at the bedside, such as Child Life, Social Services, and Pastoral Care. He is also responsible for Nemours’ Family Advisory Council, which is composed of parent advisors, and the new Family Resource Center. Norman’s prior program development work at Children’s Hospital of Orange County, Orange California, generated over 1.5 million dollars in grant funding for the establishment of a Pediatric Palliative Care Program and Hospital Chaplaincy.
